  • Shipping & Transit: Please note that builds provided by customers are not covered under our warranty. We do not take responsibility for any faulty or damaged parts during transit to and from our store.

  • Parts supplied by us: Any additional parts supplied by us are covered by our standard warranty policies.

  • Customer supplied hardware: Customers are responsible for ensuring their supplied hardware is in good working condition. If any issues arise with customer provided components, responsibility for sourcing replacement parts lies with the customer.

  • Included services: All custom builds include BIOS updates, Windows installation and activation, driver installation and thorough testing to ensure optimal performance.

  • Compatibility disclaimer: While we are not responsible for ensuring the compatibility of customer-supplied components, we will review the details you provide and inform you if we believe there may be any compatibility issues. It remains the customer’s responsibility to verify the compatibility of all parts with the builds.

  • Performance: The performance of the build is determined by the parts provided to us, we are not responsible for the performance limitations caused by hardware choice.

  • ​Build Cancellation: If a build cannot be completed due to issues with the provided parts, compatibility or other factors. We reserve the right to bill you for any work that has been completed up until cancellation. If any such issue arises you will be notified by a member of our team.
