1. Secure Shipping: We prioritize the security of your parcels and maintain high standards for quality. We do not use budget couriers, guaranteeing that your items will arrive safely.

2. Order Fulfillment: We make every effort to fulfill and dispatch orders as quickly as possible. Please note that the maximum handling time before dispatch may be up to 7 working days.

3. International Shipping: Currently, we only ship within the United Kingdom. Unfortunately, we are unable to fulfill orders for international delivery at this time.

4. Postal Delays: While we strive for timely delivery, Andromeda PC Gaming is not liable for any postal delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as industrial strikes.

5. Transport Damage: In the rare event of transport damage or part loss the deadline to start a claim is three working days from the date of despatch.

6. Late Arrival: We cannot offer refunds or discounts for items that arrive later than expected as this is courier permitted and out of our hands.

7. Collection Option: For customers in the Bristol area, we offer a convenient collection option for whole PC systems. Simply leave a message at checkout with your contact information, and we will arrange a collection time for your new PC when it is ready.

8. Shipping Insurance: All Computers will be insured up to the chosen shipping cover. If you wish to extend this, you have the option to increase your cover at checkout.
